I am still in Bend so todays post is short, but full of fun things! I'm sharing a very special Kate Spade collection with you guys today. This collection was actually announced and came out during the holidays, but I wanted to wait till the pieces went on sale to share it here on the blog. While i'm not the biggest Miss Piggy fan per say (#KermitForever) the amount of pink and glitter involved caught my Disney loving eye.

I am off to Bend, Oregon this weekend for a long-weekend-spring-getaway of sorts with a friend and I am so thrilled to be getting out of town! We have had the gloomiest weather mixed with bits of blinding sunshine and wind thats strong enough to knock you over. I am starting to get cabin fever and would much rather be somewhere with a fire and friends inside. Long story short? I am ready for spring!

By now I am assuming you all have seen the new live action Beauty & The Beast that hit theaters last Friday, and if you havent....go!! As a childhood fan on the 90's animated version I personally loved it! I will leave some spoilers out of this post but I thought the expanded backstory really filled the films cracks and loved some of the original songs that were added. It's amazing, go see it!

I recently worked on a DIY hoop trio to celebrate The 50th anniversary of one of my favorite Disneyland attractions, Pirates Of The Caribbean! I wanted to leave the link here on the blog so those of you reading Ariel & Alder can check it out and give it a try :)

Today is the day we have all been anticipating, the live action Beauty and The Beast is officially in theaters! I saw the film last night and it was amazing! I will save the spoilers for another day when you have all had a chance to see it but if you have the chance this weekend, head to theater and enjoy this re-imagined classic!

One of my greatest traveling joys, is to arrive at any Disney owned and operated hotel. You arrive in sweats, coated thoroughly in stale airport air and are immediately transported to an immersive themed environment, and you can't help but anticipate the days ahead. The lobby details, the cast members in costume, mouse shaped soap, themed headboards. You can't help but get hyped! Disney properties are synonymous with quality, value, in park perks, and attention to detail.
